Gaining admission into good British universities is highly competitive. Firmstone Education offers a bespoke service, which helps students from all over the world identify the right courses for them, fill in their applications and secure admission at the most prestigious universities in the UK and Europe.

The process includes an in-depth consultation with the undergraduate applicant to provide all the information necessary to choose courses and universities that are right for them. Also suitable for applications to International Foundation Programmes, Master’s degrees and vocational qualifications, such as the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
Stand Alone Personal Statement Service
The personal statement is one of the most important means of conveying why an applicant wishes to study a specific subject. Most students have little experience of this form of writing, and guidance about what to include and how to construct a statement can often make a significant difference in ensuring their application stands out in a competitive field. This is especially important as the student has 47 lines and 4000 characters with which to sell themselves to the university.

This service is intended for those who have already decided on their subject and university. It includes profiling a student to explore how the student’s current experience, extra-curricular activities and academic attainment relate to their application. We then provide of a template to work from based on the information the student supplies and then we provide support with editing.
A level / IB Subject Choice Guidance
This telephone consultation is intended for students in Year 11 (or its international equivalent) to discuss how their A Level/IB subject choices relate to their university application, allowing them to ensure that decisions made at this stage do not preclude options further down the line.
Scholarships & Bursaries
​We provide assistance for availing scholarships and bursaries to all our deserving candidates and make sure all documents and information are processed to get the scholarships. These are available to students with good academic records, good performance on exams and extra-curricular achievements are available for scholarship awards.
VISA Advice
Once your child has been accepted into a school, the next stage is to apply for a Tier 4 student visa before they leave home. Applying for a visa can be complicated but we guide you through the process smoothly. In addition, since January 2014, Hong Kong residents staying in the UK for more than 6 months (other than children aged under 11) are required to take the Tuberculosis Test in the assigned clinics by UK Visa and immigration.
Post-Arrival Assistance
Our relationship does not end once you have gained admission and arrived in the UK or Canada. It continues. Our consultants remain available to ensure you face no difficulty in the settling process.
